Barefoot run across Wales

While trawling through some new Youtube videos I came across this barefoot running one which is quite well filmed and inspirational.
The girl in the video has got a pretty good running style.

I'll agree that there is a bit of a bounding gait. I wonder how far along she is in the transition?

I've got about a thousand miles total with barefoot, and I'm still fine tuning.

In her blog she says that was her first barefoot run in nearly 2 years.
A little more practice should fine tune things for her.

Running barefoot across Wales is ok as long as you don't fall down the blowhole. Oh, on closer inspection the title says Wales not Whales, my bad.

An American overhears 2 women conversing in a pub and, not recognizing the accent says, "Excuse me, but are you 2 ladies from Scotland?"
The women glare at him and growl "Wales!" in unison.
The American replies "Oh excuse me. Are you two whales from Scotland?"

Lol a slight accent confusion is understandable when you consider that one of the Welsh train stations is called 'Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch'
I love running in Wales, spent many a happy day in the Brecon Beacons running up and down the hills.
