I sing & play guitar in a band a couple times a month. Gigs are usually 4 hours long, plus loading a bunch of gear before and after the show. Usually, it ends up with around 6 to 8 hours of working out.
I find that it is much more exhausting than going on a 10 to 14 mile easy paced run.
Any of you guys play out in bands? Do you adjust your running schedule around gigs?
