My Achilles are both hurting below my ankles. It's worse after I run while walking. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it? They are tender to the touch as well. I run 2 miles in Luna's and 1 or 2 bf.
I remember hitting this as my very first transitioning issue. I just backed down my running by about 50% and put in biking instead for the extra time and it was fine. I still ran on it quite a bit though which was arguably stupid. If I could go back in time I'd probably ice it a couple times a day since that seems to help whenever I have problems with things.
