I went and shadowed this posture therapist i met. Egoscue. He gave me a book to do some of the base exercises myself. They're helping and i do recommend everyone check it out themselves.
Mike, thank you very much for sharing this. From what I've read, it seems very interesting. Just wondering. Is Egoscue a process for rehabilitation, such that once a short course of corrective measures are taken, then the person incorporates them into their daily life?The therapist who i shadowed has the best posture of anyone i've ever seen.
Or is it a set of essential exercises, that must be performed regularly for maintenance?
