Week four went great! I didn't run on Mon due to the bruised feeling spot on my right foot, but by Wed it was gone so I headed out. I'm working hard to make sure I tackle the hills around me with gusto, both up and down since I have different issues with both.
Today I came up one of the streets I used to try very hard to miss and did great with it. I think by the time I got to the top I was running so slow I was close to going backwards, but I did it and am feeling pretty proud of myself. At the end of my running/walking intervals I felt like I could have run more so I am going to go ahead and move on with week 5 next week.
To top off a good outing, I ran the last 5 min bare, holding my VFF's in my hands then did the cool down walking bare as well. Felt wonderful to be bare again except for the little crap that stuck to my feet. lol
I've got a couple of questions though. I'm going to post them here for anyone who might have an opinion. I'll post them in the forums as well.
I've been feeling fatigued and am not sure why but figure it has something to do with diet and increasing my exercise again. I'm vegetarian and have been trying to cut back on junk to lose a few pounds but feel as though I'm getting enough of all the important stuff. Just not sure though and so would appreciate any thoughts/ideas you all might have.
Also, do I need to start as gradually back into BFR after a winter in VFF's or is it not much of an issue other than possible hot spots/blisters until the tissue has thichened back up again?
Thanks in advance for any and all help/advice/opinions!
