4 miles on Friday at Presque Isle on an overcast and cool day. The run was good, and I did a portion of it with a long time running acquaintance. Having the company made the time go faster and I thoroughly enjoyed my run. I experienced some unexpected pain in my left adductors during the run and it remained sore for a few hours afterward. I was striding the same as usual so I don’t know what the problem was. Maybe the buildup of sap on my soles altered how the running forces got distributed up through my leg.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Friday at 4:30 am.
We did a 3.5 mile run Sunday at 7:00 am. It was 46 deg. f. with 10 to 20 mph wind from the north. We heard a turkey but did not see it,. We spotted horses, cedar wax wings, rabbits and ducks.. The sunrise was great!!
