Tough Mudder Tri State

So Scott, aside from the fact that you are vertical and smiling, I'm curious about how you found the race.

How do you feel your training schedule served you? (I have to say I'm impressed! I'm more of the "oh, I think I'm supposed to run today! What do I feel like doing?" school.)

Did you go BF of Min?

...and where was this race run?

Congrats! You guys look like you had too much fun.

Hey! I might have bumped into you there! I lined up with the 8:30 group and ran 8:30's like clockwork (a little slow for me, but I haven't been running fast or long enough to be in top form.) What a beautiful morning it was for a run! I noticed that they even arranged for the wind to be at our backs for the finish stretch. I wore my Bikilas this year, though I ran it BF last year. I just didn't feel up to the rough stretches of old road pavement up on the north side. How was your morning?

Good on you for the TM. The picture of you and your buddy is first class!

I've just never felt attracted to that sort of thing. For me it's too much like work - I climb trees for a living, and don't feel much of a need to push this body's limits these days. I like to run.
