Hello !
This is my first time posting here.
After more than a thousand kms between august and march, without any break during winter, the skin on my foot was in perfect condition:
That's after a 39km with 2000mD+ trail in France in march
But since then, the skin under my toes is piling off for no reason (that I know off).
I run a bit less than during winter and I did not change on what kind of ground I run.
This is today:
So I'm wondering if any of you is used to this behavior
I'm wondering if it may be due to the temperature raising with spring starting.
Or maybe it is just the time it take for the skin to change.
