I wonder if there is a problem with the 'Donate' link to PayPal?
When I click on that link, I'm redirected to a page on the PayPal website that tells me that 'my last transaction couldn't be completed'.
I tried again after logging in to my PayPal-account, but I get the same error...
I am not having that problem, Anne. Hopefully, Matt can take a look at it. It might be something within your account with PayPal? Do you have an account with PayPal? Can you clear your cache?
Still having the problem... And yes, I do have a PayPal account. As I said in my first post: whether I am logged in or not to that account, I get the same problem. I used PayPal the day before yesterday for a purchase, without a problem.
I had this problem yesterday and this morning at home:
Country: Belgium
OS: Linux (Ubuntu 11.10)
Browser: FireFox
And I tried again at work with the same results:
Country: The Netherlands
OS: Windows (server, no information about the exact configuration)
Browser: Internet Explorer
So the problem doesn't seem to be related to my browser or OS, but maybe it's only in Europe?
Since PayPal has been working for me on Sunday, and I don't get an error-message in my account I guess the problem is somewhere between PayPal and this website.
I'm thinking it's something to do with your account, since it's following you wherever you go. Maybe there's some remnant from one of your last transactions there that's bugging it up. If you should happen to have any other business to conduct using Pay Pal and it works, please let me know.
Anyone want to make a donation today to test this for us to see if you have the same problem? I am only half-kidding here. Hee.
Still no problems with my PayPal account...
But indeed, I'm always logged in with my BRS-account... Could it be that only once a year a donation is accepted? Seems very unlikely to me...
