Was finally able to return to my weekly race. Ran the 2-1/2 mile race instead of my regular 5-mile race. But it was still great to get back out there.
That's good. The one sign that you had a good barefoot run is that your feet could handle the terrain. And hopefully no blisters. I had some one time but I was still a rookie at the time.They held up great!

Yup, I run barefoot year round. No idea my record low, definitely single digits though.
