I picked up extensor Tendinitis on June 2nd. I am starting on My 18th week with the stuff in both feet. I stopped all running and exercise, just use foot massager is all.
I thought for sure I would be up and back running by now, but it feels as though I am nowhere close.
Can anyone tell me if this thing can last for up to a year or not? Also just wondering if I should go to physical therapist or not. I have read two different things, that physical therapy/stretching could help and also putting a load on and stretching is the worst thing I could do. Just need to wait it out they say.Don’t know what to do right now, I really want to get back out and run, just wondering if I should go p/t or rest? and could I possibly have this for 10 to 12 months or longer?
