That's rough stuff TJ. I've had a few bouts with that type of pain from various disc and nerve problems. It takes it out of you.

What sucks is that my back began to deteriorate after I had all those surgeries and was laid up in bed on and off 16 months. My back was probably about as good as anyone's at my age before that.
