BFR pain evolution...or limit?

Robbie, what you are experiencing is completely normal, especially the fact that you are 4 months into it. I went through the same thing. You are waking up muscles and tendons in the feet and ankles that have been asleep for very long time. I say it takes a good year to be totally conditioned, but that's just my personal opinion.

Good to know :). I won't go into my history of injury that led me to BFR, but I came from a 4:40/km pace and I can feel the urge to run like that again.

I do remind myself that my feet are actually doing me a favor and I could be out for months like I was before, were it not for the natural limiter.

Patience, patience :). I run again tomorrow, and am looking forward to it. I can't complain!
