Thought it appropriate to start this thread. Whenever you see or hear of barefoot/minimalist running mentioned on TV.... post it here.

 I have never figured out the

I have never figured out the Nike Free commercials. They show a bunch of barefoot runners running along a beach with relaxing music, then switch to a busy high stress street with noise and a runner in shoes.

It doesn't make me want to buy shoes, it makes me not want to ever wear shoes. Whoever created that Ad should have been fired. It was poorly written.

PS... why did my 3 mile barefoot run SUCK today? I took a week off to rest and this was my first run... and it SUCKED.
