Why do other people insist on ruining a good thing? If someone is running well barefooted, why others feel that they MUST have shoes on their feet?
Not to say that their running in shoes will set them back, but in fact, because they first learned to run properly, they will most likely will do well in shoes. But is it necessary? I think not.
