I've run barefoot since about February. I am up to about 50 miles a week on average barefoot and minimalist. Last week I only had about 35. This week I have run 3 so far. Yesterday when I was running on a track, I felt a tad bit of pain in the ball of my right foot under my little toe. Today I tried to run and it was not terrible pain but hurt enough to let me know I should stop. It was enough to alter my form toward running on my inner foot.
My plan is to try it out tomorrow and if that does not work take the rest of the week off. It does not hurt a lot to walk and when I pinch my foot, it takes a little pressure before I feel pain.
My best guess that maybe I bruised the bone or something? Does my plan sound okay?
