Well, went running with my running group on Saturday, afterwards had some beer in the parking lot, next thing I knew I was registered for the Badger Mountain Challenge 100!
Last Friday/Saturday of March (I'm too lazy to look at a calendar). Training plan is to run a lot 3 weeks of increasing mileage, 1 week of less, etc. Going to be some (ok, probably a lot) back to back long runs, Perhaps one or two 40-50 mile training runs.Congrats Janson. When is the race and what is the training plan?
