I checked my history and the last time I ran barefoot was in April 2018. Then I managed to snap something in my right calf and never went back to barefoot S2G. Having a look at my shoes, I can see they need replacing, so I thought for shih tzu giggles, I'd give it a try. Got 1/4 mile in. Not bad. As I'm older than I was when I first tried BFR, I'm also slower, so the loss of speed (or "speed" as it pertains to me) is not so noticeable. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
