Awesome. I do this once or twice a week as a cool down at the end of my run. It is only for about a 1/4 of a mile and I agree with him in that it is great for feel back in proper running form. It is also a lot harder then he makes it sound.

I agree , a very good workout. I have a short, steep uphill at the start of my regular run that I do backwards. After 300 feet, my quads are burning.
