Week 44 Mileage Reporting ( October 30 - November 5 )

2.6 miles on a wet cool Fall day, temps around 40. Presque Isle was mostly deserted. I had a good quick pace today as I slowly build back from some time off due to injury. I saw a lot of little snow birds today in the bushes lining my running route. I also saw 2 wild turkeys and some ducks

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Friday at 4:30 am.
We did a 4.5 mile run Sunday at 6:30 am. It was 65 deg. f. with light wind. We went to Waterloo lake in Denison. (we have not done this run for a while). We spotted geese, ducks and turtles. Really great outings!

2.7 miles at Presque Isle on Saturday with occasional light rain showers. I saw just a few other people and no wildlife. All is well.
