Who has run the farthest barefoot that you know of, the event (if applicable), where, what was their longest run, what surface did they run it on, and how long did it take? Let's list everyone we know here:

Todd Ragsdale - Relay for Life 24 Hour Run - South Medford High School in Medford, Oregon - 102.65 - rubberized track - 24 hours (set the Guiness World record for the longest distance barefoot)
