Do I even post this here? I mean, it is barefoot running, after all. And yes, there is a photo! Yuck!

So anyone got any advice for him for his next barefoot run, should he be so inclined?

At the camp I used to work at there was this grammatically incorrect phrase we used that my knee jerk wishes to share with this young man... "You're doin' it wrong!"

Oooh...uh - wow. As for advice, maybe he should start off slow by chasing after white-collar criminals or out of shape shoplifters that are running on a more forgiving surface, then work up to chasing after heroin-addicts on rough surfaces...

I can see why there's so much attention given to his feet (ow!), but a guy with CF gave chase for a mile? Surely that alone is pretty damn impressive?

Don't know which photo was uglier...the feet, or that of the cretin he chased down.

The kid deserves some sort of special recognition from the BRS, don't you think? Honorary membership? An invite to the pub?
