Recovery routine?

Just wondering what everyone's recovery routine involves.

I use a heated percussion massager in the evening to work out any sore pots or trigger points for 30-60 min. When going for a swim, I'll hit the spa afterwards. I also use a rumble roller occasionally, but I think that the massager works better for me. I've tried massage therapy, but it gets expensive, so I think I'm going to try to get by with the spa and massager. Though, the massager isn't as good as the massage therapist in terms of working on my back.

I have a friend who swears by Bikram hot yoga, though it's not for me.

What about everyone else?
 
beer, tea, food, and sleep. not always in that order.
