Hi, all!
I'm fairly new to BF / Minimalist running. I've been running for years, and at 59 my feet were so beat up from "motion control" shoes that I decided to try the other way. I've made it as far as 3 mi. totally barefoot, but usually run in 6mm Contacts Invisible Shoes, which I now swear by. I've been at this for a few months now, and my feet are coming around. Toe callouses are nearly gone, and a serious bunion/hammer toe is much better. Still some foot soreness after longer runs, but this is SO MUCH better than having your feet boxed up in so-called running shoes. When I see people "heel stomping" in those, I want to stop and tell them there's another way!
