Mileage Reporting Week 39 ( Sept. 25 - Oct. 1 )

4 miles at Presque Isle on Tuesday. This was a Fall-like day with temps in the low 60's and a good breeze. Consequently the park was not very busy.I was hoping for 5 miles but cut it short due to calf tightness. Other than the usual gulls, no wildlife was seen.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday.
we did a 4 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. it was 66 deg. f. with no wind. We heard owls hawks and roosters. We spotted a rabbit, horses and cows and some white egrets. Clear sky with a big moon and lots of stars. Spectacular sunrise at the end.

4.3 miles at Presque Isle on Sunday. Today was a beautiful summer like autumn day with temps in the upper 70's and nice sunshine. There were lots of gulls and finches around today, along with lots of walkers and bikers. The lake was beautiful too.
