Mileage Reporting Week 28 ( July 10 to July 16 )

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Friday at 4:30 am. It was 81 deg. f. with 84 % Rh.We heard owls and tree frogs. We spotted some lightning bugs.

4 miles at Presque Isle on Friday afternoon. Lots of pleasant sights, sounds and fragrances from the many blooming wild flowers. Also many ducks and geese. Nice slow paced run today felt good.

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. Most spectacular sunrise! We spotted rabbits, horses, cows, egrets, geese and many birds. One Mississippi kite sitting in a tree just over the road waited till we got almost upon it till it flew off.
