Mileage Reporting Week 10 ( March 4 to March 10 )

3.2 mile run at Presque Isle on Monday. It was a beautiful Spring day with sun and temps. in the mid-70's! This was my first shorts run of the new year, and I saw lots of birds, bikes, walkers and other runners. It was an invigorating run and I'm glad that I took the time for this. My body has been holding up well thus far.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:30.
We did a 3 mile run Wednesday also at 4:30.
Both runs had clear sky with lots of stars and a cool moon.

3.2 miles on Friday at Presque Isle. It was another nice Spring day with temps in the low 50's. Lots of ducks, gulls and smaller songbirds. There were a lot of walkers and bikers too, and a couple of other runners
