Okay, I am trying to find out what you guys use for hydration systems. Normally I just carry a water bottle with me, but I have found that running in excess of 12 miles means carrying more water with me and that isn't happening in a water bottle. So what do you recommend. I know that I'm going to need something like a camelback, but I want something that fits snuggly, doesn't irritate and rub, and breathes/dries quickly. Any suggestions? Carrying a quart of water with me, just isn't cutting it. My last 12 mile run I decided to weigh myself before and after the run. I lost 6 pounds. The bad part is that I put a quart of water back in during the run. So that was about 8 pounds lost on a 12 mile run. That's almost a gallon of water!
