People take collagen powder to keep their skin supple, and collagen also helps with joint issues too. I was wondering if anyone knows if it would be worth it to take collagen to toughen up the skin of my feet? Kind of a bizarre idea but it's worth a shot! I'd make sure to get collagen without any weird chemicals in it, because I've heard that it's often contaminated (made from cow hides, and the cows unfortunately get fed pesticides. Also there can be lead in some brands apparently) - if anyone already does this, what collagen do you recommend? Thank you!

I’d do some more reading/researching before I spent any money on it. Like Footloose said, you can definitely get thicker skin by going barefoot as often as possible and running especially. You’ll see a dog’s paw soon if you keep at it for a while. Ha! If you do try the collagen, let us know how it goes. You can write a review about it in our Product Reviews forum.
