    Currently I'm running with little more than a decent pair of shorts (it's hot outside ok), and sometimes a watch to track how long I disappear on a run for. I've recently started to look into some sort of gps or such to track miles and am wondering what some other people use. Appreciated much!

    2 miles barefoot and the rest 2 miles barefoot and the rest shod. I only enjoy barefoot for part of my run as my feet are still working up their milage; one day at a time.
