i figure first time barefoot in a year and covered 1.25 miles in just under 12:30, with only a minor sore spot from forgetting to lift-off and not push-off (easy to forget wearing VFF's on a treadmill...). I could probably have done another couple laps, as it felt great, but i want to tighten up my form a bit first so i can safely do longer distances.
