The first event on the Amis calendar is this coming Sunday, when Amis Barefoot Tray and Barefoot Nellie will be attempting to do the Angmering Bluebell 10 mile Trail run in West Sussex sans shoes. It's not too late to kick off your shoes and join them! Good luck girls! Have fun!
