Weekly Barefoot Mileage (and other mileage) - W/E 11-27 & 11-28-10

Well, on Tuesday I made my goal of 40 barefoot miles average per week for 2010. (Less aggressive than my 50 BF miles per week of previous years.) So, I believe I will do some "coasting" the rest of the year.
