How is everyone doing this week?

2 miles barefoot for me this week, it turned a bit colder in the early morning on some days...so I went with the Merrell Trail gloves for 8 miles on wet muddy trails. I think that was the end of any colder weather for us here in Georgia.

I think it was the end to the cold too. In fact, I ran 5 in 77 degrees today, and the pavement felt a little scorching. Now it's time to complain about the heat, at least here in Georgia.

I had 18 miles, one of those was 13.

TJ, 77 degrees! Nice I can't wait to get to those temps.



Ended the week with 30 miles, all barefoot.

40 Miles and raced a half on

40 Miles and raced a half on Saturday in Sling Kings (1:53). Have fun out there spring is getting closer. Saw a couple chipmunks chasing each other around the garage yesterday. When I see my first Robin good weather is around the corner!
