Week 34 Mileage Reporting ( Aug 21 - Aug 27 )

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run at 4:30 am. Still warm out. I saw lots of stars and not much wildlife.

Really fun outing!

4.7 miles at Presque Isle on a very humid Thursday morning.Tough going due to being unused to the humidity and poor sleep the previous night. I managed to finish my route at a slower pace. Drier air is on the way so hopefully next time out will be better.
