7.5km yesterday morning. Very foggy day so it was a good job I had my head torch with me. It seems to be getting consistently colder here now. Still quite comfortable for bf running though so all good...
8.2km today. Couple of loops round the lake and fairly quiet -just a couple of other runners running in the opposite direction..

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run today. We got out a little later (6:30 am). 45 deg. f. with no wind, clear skies. Stars at first then a nice sunrise.

12km around the streets this morning, just loping around town thinking and not worrying too much about running. We're coming into summer in this part of the world, but the past week has been a bit more like spring weather - rain and wind. Nothing to complain about though!
4.2 mile BF run this morning; 52 degrees with 20mph breeze and light rain. Nice relaxed run to start the day. The bruised heel feels about 80% better. Saw a few other runners out in the rain
9.5km yesterday -early start but pretty good run. Lots of other runners out again (slightly warmer than past few days!)...
)...11.5km at the weekend -a few more loops around the lake.. steady pace and felt nice and relaxed. One of those runs where everything just falls into place by itself..
