Mileage Reporting Week 25 ( June 19 - June 25 )

Thanks for the well-wishes Runlite!

I did 2.1 miles on neighborhood sidewalks today ( Monday ). There were lots of other walkers and runners out this morning enjoying the sunshine and mid-70 degree temperatures.
My back continues to improve a little bit each day. I made it through an entire day yesterday without takin anything for pain.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:30 am. It was 80 deg. f. with 80% Rh. We saw deer, lightning bugs and rabbits. We heard tree frogs and whippoorwills.

2.6 miles on Wednesday on city sidewalks. I got to splash through lots of puddles, which is always fun, as we have had a lot of rain the past couple of days. All is good.

3.1 miles Friday on city sidewalks. It was warm upper 70's with sun and moderate humidity. I saw some osprey hunting over the ocean and a doe with her small fawn in our vacation neighborhood. Quite a few morning runners and walkers out too.

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. It was 80 deg. f. with 79% Rh. and no wind. We spotted horses, cows, egrets, cow birds and lots of other birds. Still lots of wild flowers.
