Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am. It was 69 deg. with 79% Rh and light wind. The moon was almost full and bright. We heard 1 owl, mocking birds, whippoorwills and lot of other birds. We spotted 1 horse.
2 miles this morning around my neighborhood. It was a beautiful cool, sunny Spring day. My right calf is strained and I will have to take some time off. Oh well... my almost 66 year old body is just not as resilient as it was a year or 2 ago
