Mileage reporting 16th week 2014

Just over 5km on a beautiful Sunday morning today. I had been recovering after tearing open a blister from a longish run last week so this was my first day back. Felt pretty good after the first km m.

s-walked the dogs around. stopped at a friend's and let them roam while we talked. my little one rolled in poop. the jerk likes, no, loves doing that.
