Hello barefoot runners:
I have been running about 25k a week barefoot for the last 4 years. I haven't suffered any serious injuries since.
I enjoy the barefoot running and its benefits. However for the last month or so I suffer from pain (maybe an infection) at the back rim of my left heel, just above the hard bottom sole part of the foot.doesn't bother me so much when running but it gets painful after.
Any advice?
