Any Barefoot-friendly podiatrist recommendations for the Northern Virginia area?

OMG! My left foot hurts! I have finally accepted the fact that I may need a professional opinion. I'm gimping lame even for walking around the house, let alone running. The closest doc the map showed was Harpers Ferry so I'm hoping folks know of someone closer than that. Thanks!

Did you check the Barefoot-Friendly Doctors & Specialists Map? The closest I see is in WV, Dr. Mark Cucuzzella, MD. He's close enough to North VA though. He's an MD, not a podiatrist, but he is a barefoot runner and won the Air Force Marathon last year. He's also one of our Ask the Docs forum doctors. He's a huge advocate for natural running too, so you can't go wrong with him.
