I realize that today is my birthday... but I'm playing blog post catchup right now...
Ive set a goal to run my age in miles on every birthday, unfortunately I haven't been in a position to even give it a half way decent shot the past few years due to work and overuse injuries. This year is a little different though. This year I'm just under trained...but I'm gonna give it hell!!!
