Glad to hear you are back in full force, Rick. That didn't take long, even considering the 27 miles from last week after the 24 hour ultra the week before.
Only 19.1 miles this week. No long run, and took a couple of days off to recover from last week's marathon. I'll be back in full force next week, I think.
...busy week...but all 3 of my 5 mile runs were fun and faster than usual :-D
