Week 29 of 2012

Week 7 Day 1 completed on first try wooo!!! 2.3 miles BF this morning: 20m run, 3m walk, then 5m run. Total of 25m running. Day 2 starts the home stretch to the end: run for 26 minutes continuous, and then increase by 1 minute each day until 30 minutes.

Unfortunately my slow pace means I won't actually have run a 5K but oh well, maybe some day.
 
Week 7 Day 2 in the books! 26 minutes non-stop running, 2.21 total miles. Feelin' good, on the home stretch now!

Yeah I just wish I could go faster than 14-15 m/m
 
Dude, it doesn't matter. We all have to start somewhere and you are doing fantastic! I love to see your reports when you've done more than you've done previously. It motivates me to keep trying to get better myself.
