Good pace, liz!
This morning is 3.7, bf. slooooow.
Yesterday: 1.5 bf, with the kids, slow but we didn't stop til 1.4 miles then only for a sec., and only minor kid whining.
Week 7 Day 1 completed on first try wooo!!! 2.3 miles BF this morning: 20m run, 3m walk, then 5m run. Total of 25m running. Day 2 starts the home stretch to the end: run for 26 minutes continuous, and then increase by 1 minute each day until 30 minutes.
Unfortunately my slow pace means I won't actually have run a 5K but oh well, maybe some day.
Dude, it doesn't matter. We all have to start somewhere and you are doing fantastic! I love to see your reports when you've done more than you've done previously. It motivates me to keep trying to get better myself.
