Here is my plan...its the run when I feel like it plan : Run lots barefoot...mostly slow sometimes fast. This is the perfect plan for me.

For most runners regardless of your training plans you should be running at least 4 days a week unless your just new to running. I think its better to run more often with less miles per run than less often with more miles per run. There is no need to do much fast running at all until you have a decent running base like 25 miles a week for several months.
 
I was gone for the weekend

I was gone for the weekend and didn't take my laptop with me. You guys and gals are freaking awesome!

I know me so having goals, more like baby steps goals, is a necessity because if not then I let life get in the way and everything else becomes more important that my time for running. So I definitely want something I can stick with. Lots of great ideas going on here.

@TJ-- Really great idea. I'm excited to see what the future holds for that one!

@Jason-- Damn, you're fast!
