Yes, it is feeling better and I can run on it, thanks! I really only limped the first two days after it happened and now it only hurts to touch, not when I'm bending or straightening my knee.

It always looks worst just before it get better, it takes on that purple yellow look. I imagine it would have hurt at the time.
