Haha I personally find it a little easier to have a set schedule for lifting but I have been really leaving the endurance plan a bit more impulsive. So I am going to run with the daily max concept and see how it goes. About the farmers walks, I think since you are doing the russian twists and swings you could probably just skip the waiters and suitcase walks and just focus on the double handed farmer carry. Unless of course if you want to focus on the overhead stabilization piece, but I realy think the twists will hit that more effectively. And just load up your trap bar with 150lbs and go walk down the block and back? You are already a kook for running barefoot. Also why are you significantly stronger with the yates row vs. the P-row? And since pull ups are a priority maybe do them first thing each workout? Or at least before your other rows?
