I live and work on some really steep and rocky hills. I recently went from regular shoes to 4mm huaraches. 4 days into the transition I was walking to fast down a rocky hill (not thinking about form very much) and really aggrivated my sesamoiditis.
My questions are: how can I avoid sesamoiditis and can you reccomend a minimalist sandal that would be better for transitioning.
I can always just get thicker huaraches, but do I need a stiffer sole or can i prevent this with my form?
