As some of you know, nearly two years ago, I put both of my sons in Taekwondo (with Jiu Jitsu, Hapkido, and Olympic-Style boxing) after my oldest Cole was being bullied at school. He's come a long way, winning some of his tournaments or placing in all.
Saturday, Cole won first place in sparring and second in forms (poomsae) at the Roman TKD Tournament! We are very proud of him!
