Completed the Pro Football Hall of Fame 5 mile race this morning. Finished in 42.54. I was the only barefoot runner out of a group of 706. The course was all road, mostly old blacktop with a few short stretches of fresh blacktop. The weather was good the crowd was huge. All in all it was a fun event. I took it a bit easy because this was my first 5 mile run, and finished with plenty of energy and my feet were feeling great.
